Nightmare. We cancelled our booking immediately after seeing the room, even though we should have seen the red flags starting with the parking situation. There were undisclosed parking fees in an awkward and narrow parking garage. Our only options were to either give them our keys and let them make our car inaccessible or park in a space half filled with old desk chairs and microwaves. This was like a nightmare. When we went there, the place was under renovation they didn't mention that while booking the room. They charged us $30 for parking, and the garage was falling apart. The room was dusty, and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was very small, with no closet in the room and some kind of homemade bar with two hangers on it. How TF am I supposed to get in touch with someone about my reservation if no one ever answers the phone. I have been trying to contact this hotel for 3days trying to confirm my reservation and I can’t get ANYBODY on the phone, this is insanely ridiculous. I have to cancel my reservation and find another hotel.. I haven’t stayed here and it’s already left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t ever try to get a room here again.
So much construction on the outside, I thought the place was in process of demolition. The room was really outdated. It was kind of clean, surface clean, but so old you couldnt tell. The toilet was so small it must of come from a daycare. The elevators worked, but ancient wood, mirror combinations. The TV was small. It was very difficult to find out were to check in; not well marked., The clerk at check in barely spoke understandable English. The towels were clean but well used with grey tint. NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE.
