Rude clerks in parts and service very unprofessional.
Review for the SERVICE department only. Giving a "one star" rating is being generous! Anything I've ever taken my car to be fixed at Day's, has had to go right back within days of being "fixed". It's a joke! I don't know about anyone else, but I work for a living and it's usually an inconvenience to have to return my vehicle to be fixed for the same issue. Just bought my very first new car today from Day's Chevrolet, and I really must say that Bill Bringhurst was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant car salesperson I have ever car shopped with. He had the opportunity to dump us off on someone else to possibly sell a more expensive car to someone else, but he stuck by us and helped us get a great deal. He even got us a higher estimate on our trade-in than we expected. Thank you Bill and thank you Day's Chevrolet for a wonderful experience!
Just picked my Corvette up from your service department. It was after hours and I had to get the keys from the receptionist. Let me just say how disappointed I am in how filthy this car is. I asked if it would be kept inside and was told it would be. That obviously didn't happen! And now there's a family of bugs living on my dashboard, or should I say in my dashboard! Safe to say I won't be back! Funny how when you want to charge people you always cite how it's a Corvette and cost more, yet you don't treat it like one!
They treated my parents great this morning. My mom loves her new traverse. Thank yall for helping them.
