HORRIBLE...THE WORST!! Pay whatever the extra $ for FedEx, UPS or USPS!
The WORST transportation service I have ever dealt with. They committed to shipping an order placed on Thursday by Monday. It is now the following Thursday and they are saying it has been sitting in there shipping center since Monday and can't explain why it hasn't gone out yet. I have called their customer service dept every single day since Monday and they tell me each day it will go out tomorrow. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS CARRIER! Extremely disorganized and unprofessional!
