EXCELlent :) BY FAR the best dental office I've been at. The customer service here is really good. My dental hygienist was very friendly and professional. The dentist was really no different than other dentists, he was pretty much in and out of there. The ladies at the front desk super nice and checked me right in. I usually wait no more than a few minutes to get called inside. overall great facility very clean and tidy. the only "bad" thing I can say is that it was freezing in the waiting area, but I get cold everywhere! Staff is super friendly and helpful from the minute you walk through the door! They are all so kind and patient with the kids. The office is CLEAN! They are so organized when it comes to time management and billing. Very comfortable environment!

Having said that, I must also say that that I continue going back to Excel Dental and cannot remember what I was fearful about. The level of professionalism and the time taken to make sure I am comfortable in every way has totally rid me of any fears. My entire family now goes to Excel Dental!
