Nice building but very poor service and unprofessional.. I waited over 2 months to hear from this place about some contacts that was ordered, so I had to finally call them and then they tell me all they ordered for me was a trial pair. I was told that someone text me the last week of July which is a lie because I never received a text, and now it's August 19 and no one has called or texted me back yet. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE.
My husband and I had eye exams today with Dr Amie Marsh. I can truthfully say they were the best we have ever had. She explained everything she was doing, every step of the way. She also sanitized each surface thoroughly as she went. I am so blown away by Dr Marsh’ care and treatment that I will recommend her to anyone searching for an Optometrist. This staff of people is the most kind and helpful out of all the Eye Doctors I’ve been too. They will work with you to the best of their ability and get you the best deal possible. The facility is updated and STUNNING. My family and I will be long term patients here.
