I would give 0 stars if I could. I work for an HVAC company and my supervisor and I called Day & Night to get a price on a gas valve for a furnace. The person I spoke to said and I quote, "I am the owner and I do not sell parts you dumbass." And hung up the phone in my face. Regardless if his company sells parts or not, he should not have spoken to my supervisor and I like that. He should have instead said that he doesn't sell parts, but let me help you get to a Day & Night vendor who does. Or something along those lines.
