Superior service. I've been with them for 4 years now and I continue to be absolutely amazed with the team at the Day Cable Company. They have my trust 100%. If you're looking for responsive and top-of-the-line commercial real estate services, look no further. Especially if you're looking for investment properties, tenant representation and brokerage services, or property management.
Day Cable is easy to work with and one of the most honest real estate brokers I know. I would recommend him any day.
The absolute worst commercial property manager I've ever had to deal with. When calling him you can never reach him on the 1st try, but when he does call you back it's like you're putting him in misery just to answer a few questions. He will be reported to the BBB and we will never work with him again. I sincerely hope our misfortune prevents any future lessee heartache in the future. Do yourself a favor and find a different commercial property manager.
