Pests: The first day I moved into my unit there were roaches in my kitchen. They have pest control every month but that does not help. There are large holes under the sinks which allow mice and much more into the unit. When I left I had to throw away multiple pairs of shoes that mice had pooped in without my knowledge. Inconvenience: They schedule the lawn care company for 9 am on Saturday mornings so if you plan on sleeping past 9 on a Saturday you won't be able to. The laundry room is gross.
