I wish I could put into words the extent of my appreciation for Dr. Dawson . I have lived with scoliosis for years and it is comforting to know I can get the help I need to be pain free and keep my body in balance and in good health. He has an amazing staff and I always feel welcome and at home on my visits. Many of my family and friends go to Dr. Dawson, and I believe I speak for all of us when I say, "Thank You, Dr. Dawson! You are AMAZING!"
I would recommend Dawson to anyone! I had been having problems with fainting pretty regularly for about 13 years. With no explanation, I have been able to find little things to help here and there, but it would only put a band-aid over the problem. Since I started going to Dawson I have not passed out once! Awesome helps with my migraines!
You can't find a better Dr. I had two level back fusion which was still giving me tons of pain, and I was scheduled for neck fusion. I was at a pain level of 9 out of 10 and my quality of life was terrible. He saved my life! I didn't have neck fusion and my pain is all but gone. This office treats you like family! They truly care about you! When we lost our son they were so kind and cared about us like family. They are awesome!
In one visit I feel much better. Back and knees.. Thank you very much. The whole new office is fabulous. It was great to see all of you again.
Dr Craig Dawson is amazing. Since my car accident last year he has helped relieve most of my pain. I love this work and recommend it to everyone !
Dr. Taylor and I are proud to use Dr. Dawson for all of our Upper Cervical Xray services. We are a part-time Upper Cervical clinic and have limited space, so Xray equipment was not an option. Knowing we have a highly competent peer to rely on has been a blessing.
