Dawson provides an effective and legitimate treatment for back pain. After going through test after test at my local doctor with no results or relief I found Craig Dawson and had immediate results. I can now ski, ride my bike, and enjoy my active life again. Been going to Dawson now for over 6 years. No joke this treatment protocol works!
I have had 3 neck fusions so lots of pain over the years. Dr. Dawson has helped me so much! His care can relieve my headaches every time. He is kind, intelligent and very friendly. I would recommend Dr Dawson to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of back or body pain! I’ve been seeing him for about as long as he’s been practicing, almost 10 years & he’s worked miracles. The culture of his office is peaceful and uplifting & the staff members are helpful. 5/5 stars.
Dr. Dawson is amazing! I would recommend him to anybody that experiences any type of back, neck, sciatic pain, etc. I had chronic back and sciatic pain for years after a car accident and then sports injury. He helped reduce my back and sciatic pain to almost nothing. He truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable concerning health. Both Dr. Dawson and his wife Karen are a true joy to work with!
I have been seeing Dr Dawson for about 16 years now. He is a life saver. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He is also just a really great guy. You can tell he truly cares about the well being of his patients!
