I had a particularly bad experience with Dr. Aaron Fong this week. I was referred to him to discuss a couple concerns I had regarding my skin, and he opened the appointment with, "I hear you have a lot of issues today!" It only went downhill from there. He was visibly and verbally annoyed that I didn't know the appointment was only fifteen minutes long, and treated me as though he'd do me a favor by discussing more than one of my concerns during the appointment--even though the scheduler didn't mention there would be a time ... read more
Dr. Aaron Fong is the WORST. It’s unfortunate that the way he conducts himself with his patients casts a shadow over the entire practice. This physician appears to lack knowledge and even the slightest compassion. He shows no interest in examining the actual problem area - he assumes from afar and prescribes one of two steroids for any skin issue. That’s it. I've been a patient of Dawson Dermatology for a number of years and find this practice to be, by far, the best in Hawaii. Mahalo, Dr. Dawson for doing an excellent surgical procedure this week. Both Dr.Dawson, Dr.Grekin along with their entire staff are to be commended for always providing excellent service in a timely manner. You deserve more than 5 stars.
