The office person was extremely rude about insurance, even though mine is perfectly legitimate. Very disappointing. I had gone there years ago and she was rather pigheaded about this situation.
She presented herself in the best possible manner—cordial and with a positive attitude. I brought her the X-rays I had taken the previous week, and she told me we should take a new set right there, assuring me it would be free of charge. Well, she ended up charging me $185—and then wasted two months of my time before finally telling me she wasn't going to refund it. It was a total and absolute lack of respect. This office is amazing! So patient, so kind and it really helped that they explained what was going to happen prior to anything being done. They are thorough, they take their time and the office is clean. Highly recommend Dr. Mikaitis and her staff!!
I am a new patient, and Dr Mikaitis was kind enough to fit me in to fix a chipped tooth. Very friendly staff and I felt welcomed from the first encounter.
