I bought my house in the summer of 2024 with Dawn! I am very happy with my place and the area I live in. She also negotiated the price for me. She was extremely professional and helpful. She also got me hooked up with some furniture and a nice bottle of wine to close the deal! I am giving her five stars and highly recommend . Also, she will make sure you don’t get screwed over with over priced HOA’s and make sure that you buy a leveled house. Emmett
We were lucky to have found Dawn to help us through this process. She's diligent and relentless; two qualities you want your realtor to have as your advocate. The process wasn't smooth but thanks to Dawn we negotiated a fair price and got through the gauntlet. Because of this she's at the top of the list next time we need her expertise.
Dawn came highly recommended by a friend and we have since worked with her two separate times. She was very attentive to what we were looking for and felt like a friend helping us rather than just a professional providing a service. She made our process easy and was great at communicating (which is fantastic when you're stressed about hearing back about a house).
