The BBQ is fantastic and the squash casserole is AMAZING! If you love southern comfort food, you will not be disappointed.

We happened to find Dawg Gone Good BBQ while in Athens for our daughters gymnastics meet because it is my husbands birthday and he wanted good BBQ. The reviews got us in the door, but the amazing food and owner will make us repeat customers whenever we are in town again. He may have even converted some of my Alabama fan kids to Bulldog fans!
Awesome pulled pork and the sides were amazing and different. The beans are flavored with a clove spice and were delicious! The owners are very friendly!
We came up from Florida a 10 hour drive to watch the G-day game we were looking for BBQ cause I know Georgia has the best we found Dawg Gone Good they were friendly as can be the food was out of this world the owner even sung to us Bulldog City since we drove 10 hours it was awesome just to let y'all know we'll be back Saturday Dec 5 for more food thanks from the Howard's
The best BBQ in Ga! Good tender ribs and the best mac and cheese ive ever had, we love this place.
Good food, Ribs were especially delicious with no charring. Pork and chicken dishes were tender and juicy. Sauces lacked variety and we're a little simple.
