Seems like this company avoids being contacted directly or speaking with thier residents. They never answer and get back to anyone. I was living at Sedona Apartments in Moreno Valley, CA and moved out over a month ago. Now they don't want to give me my $1,200 security deposit and are charging me a $300 cleaning fee instead of taking it from that same deposit. The Metro Gateway apartments are a joke, homeless people sleeping in the hallways with meth on floor on tinfoil. constantly getting my packages stolen, people digging in the trash and leaving it everywhere and even after all of this has been brought the apartments attention we still have zero security in a gated community and when I asked to see the cameras they have nothing. I will be filing complains with the proper city code enforcements due to unsafe/uninhabitable living conditions....DO NOT move here
Mike and the front office manager Precious took time out of their day to sit down and explain our lease to use after our frustration. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for families. They care.
There is NO ONE managing Harvest Park apartments in Santa Rosa. I put in a request to fix the garbage disposal a month and a half ago. No one has stopped by, despite me being told a work order was put in and someone would be there that week. When I stop by the office during office hours, no one is ever there. When I call during office hours, no one ever answers the phone. No one is helping me and I am currently PREGNANT and getting NAUSEOUS from the smell. Very frustrated with onsite management of Trevi apartments in Chandler Az. Apartment wasn’t turned before move in. Food still in freezer, crumbs in all cabinets, 14 nails in carpet when I vacuumed, spackle on walls - not painted. No hot water pressure in kitchen sink. When I complain about trash not being picked up they sent me to an app to complain to the company they use. Dog feces everywhere and I live in front of pool - so sexy!
