Very frustrated with onsite management of Trevi apartments in Chandler Az. Apartment wasn’t turned before move in. Food still in freezer, crumbs in all cabinets, 14 nails in carpet when I vacuumed, spackle on walls - not painted. No hot water pressure in kitchen sink. When I complain about trash not being picked up they sent me to an app to complain to the company they use. Dog feces everywhere and I live in front of pool - so sexy! The one bright spot in the Metro Gateway Apartments in Riverside, CA, is the maintenance person, Freddy C. He promptly addresses maintenance requests, resolves issues quickly, and follows up if a delay is necessary such as when a part needs to be ordered.
Freddy was really nice and did his job very well. Very friendly. I live here at metro gate apartments in riverside.
You need to take a serious look at the management of the Sonata Apartments in Las Vegas. They almost never answer the phone and it is almost impossible to schedule maintenance. When I applied, I had to go in like 7 times due to the office being closed on days it was supposed to be working. The staff would give me no update on my application despite me frequently emailing and calling. I have resided in 2 Davlyn apartment communities and at both I have had great experiences. Management is always on top of everything and I have had no issues to this day. Office staff is friendly and do a great job at implementing policies that make the communities welcoming and great place to call home.
