The staff here are so nice and caring
I was a patient at Westlake for several years. During that time, the entire staff, including techs, nurses, and support personnel, were incredible. They always had time to explain procedures to me, to answer my questions, and to teach me what to do to maintain my lifestyle and health. No matter what they were doing, the minute an alarm sounded, everybody perked up to see which patient was in need of assistance. Don’t know about the fuzz and some what complaints about this Davita facility in Westlake Daly City here in California. I have been a patient here since March of 2019 and all I see is The staff are working very hard, both Technicians and Nurses.they Are both professionals and very mice to patients including myself. Noticed the 3 reviews were posted some 3 to 4 years ago and really don’t know the validity of those reviews. As for myself been to 2 different dialysis centers and both of them are food places.
