The FA that just took over in 2025 has worked diligently to ensure patient safety and comfort all while complying with current regulations. She has the best interest of patients AND teammates in mind. Highly recommend all patients to come to this facility and see all the amazing work this team has to offer!
Every time I come for dialysis treatment, every technician and nurse is nice and polite. The only nurse that is a little rude and cranky is the HEAD-NURSE MATT! I notice that when he is assign to do my dialysis, I would always like literally ALWAYS get dizzy and sore after. When the other nurses and technicians does my fluid takeaway, I never feel tired, sore, pain, and dizziness. Also he only talk nice if you have less fluid and not too much work for him to do. So far every technician and some nurses are good and awesome with their customer service as well as being knowledgeable in the field of work they do.However, I highly suggest to have a family member attend with patients because some of the nurses seems cranky like the head-nurse Matt. He’s good with you when you’re obedient to what he wants you to do and then seem really annoyed and cranky when you come in and checkups are not to his expectations.
