This is the worst dialysis treatment center in Indianapolis. They leave you sitting for hours sometimes in the lobby. They don’t pay attention to anything you say to them or ask them. It’s nothing to be sat down in a chair waiting to be hooked up, and sitting there for an hour to an hour and a half. The turnover rate is ridiculous, and now their reasoning for being neglectful of their patients is because they’re understaffed.
