The staff is caring and attentive. Rodney and Cliff make me laugh and be relaxed while I am there. Great job to the staff.

My husband was at this clinic in July in the care and customer service by the staff during dialysis was amazing and very sweet. Never had a problem. We are from out of state and were placed as guests while visiting family. The staff made us feel at home And welcome.
rude staff. failure to follow doctors instructions. untrained staff
Horrible customer service. I’m currently standing in the front office & no one is here. I’ve been ringing the doorbell to get the attention of the staff & after 15 minutes, still no one is answering the call. I have never been to a medical office where the customer service is so bad.
