My husband was at this clinic in July in the care and customer service by the staff during dialysis was amazing and very sweet. Never had a problem. We are from out of state and were placed as guests while visiting family. The staff made us feel at home And welcome.

Horrible customer service. I’m currently standing in the front office & no one is here. I’ve been ringing the doorbell to get the attention of the staff & after 15 minutes, still no one is answering the call. I have never been to a medical office where the customer service is so bad.
I just returned from Las Vegas. I thought this center was wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Sorry I forgot the name of the male nurse. Dawn and the other tech (her name I forget I think it was Deborah) were great. I had three sessions there. Loved the machines, it was very quiet. Also loved the TV’s they swing right in front of you, but bring headphones. The place in Florida has machines that beep, beep, beep in rhythm. Also smart not to have clocks on the wall. I have been getting dialysis treatment from this location now since Feb 1, 2020. I have found that Dr. Barney and his staff of professional dieticians, nurses, and technicians, to be very friendly, easy to talk to, informative and make you feel at ease. Never once did I feel like a stranger trying to fit in. The treatment does last a few hours, so bring a good blanket, pillow, and earbuds (or headset) with you if you decide to come here.
