I love my clinic and my nurses but the Dr and the dietitian don’t work for me. They not seem to care for their patients and we barely see them. If we need to know something or find out something we have to go to the head nurse in charge good thing she is there.
The staff here is fantastic — they’re knowledgeable, caring, and always take time to answer my questions. I truly feel like my health is a priority, and they meet all my needs healthwise. That said, the facility could use some updates. The chairs are old and uncomfortable for long dialysis sessions, the TVs don’t always work, and the blood pressure machine needs upgrading.
