I've been going here since the start of this year and I have to say that some of the staff here are pleasant to be around and there are other staff that don't know how to mind there own business especially when you say that you have something to do and you want to do a short chair time yes I know dialysis is important for health but I had business that day as well and they grilled me like I was in the wrong for even saying that I had business to do that I needed a short time not to mention the fact that they take to much off... read more
My mother is going here only because there are no other options for dyalisis. The staff are rude she has been cussed and made fun of. She has end of stage kidney disease. So her health is declining rapidly she should not be treated like this, especially by so called professional staff.
No one wants to have dialysis, but if you must, I couldn't imagine a better place to go thsn this one. The staff is super caring and helpful. They help in any way they can and make your visit as pleassnt as possible. I totally appreciate all they have done for me.
