I had to spend 6 weeks in the Ann Arbor Veterans hospital because my graft access arm got infected so bad I had to have surgery to remove the graft in my Dyalysis arm. While in the hospital I asked 3 different doctors, the Kidney Dr., infectious disease Dr. and the chief Surgeon Dr. Who performed removing my graft how did I end up in the hospital for 6 weeks ALL three unanimously said the same thing. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE/ YOURSELF, DO NOT GO HERE. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t know why you chose the medical industry, it seems like you yourself have forgotten, but you need to remember real quick. The neglect, the lack of respect, the inconsideration, you should be ashamed. If your own family member was ill, I guarantee you wouldn’t even bring them to your own work place because you know the kind of care (or lack thereof) you provide.
The quality of service has went down significantly since new manager Joe came. He's even fired a veteran nurse on the spot when she put her 2 week notice in. Very good workers have left leaving us the patients with just a couple good techs.The scale we weight ourselves on is inaccurate most of the time ,our dry weight target isn't kept up as much as it should be. Certain ethnic people get better treatment than others
Poor service Ben coming here for months. Certain ethnics get priority service. I'm an ethnic, apperanty the wrong ethnicity! One particular time my uber arrived early my time was to be 11am. I sat in the in my chair at 10:20 watched three of them come in and put on immediately @11. While I still sat.i at there fir about an hour and a half ! I did not go on until after 12 noon.
