My experience at DaVita Dialysis in Melbourne, FL, was a mix of gratitude and disappointment. I want to start by sincerely thanking the few staff members who truly made a difference during my treatments. The staff here are a pleasure to be around. I always felt safe and cared for. Stephanie,the RN there was so welcomeing,kind and helpful in addressing issues so that I would have a good treatment. I highly recommend using this center.
Monday had a great experience. Today, not so much! Every time the machine goes off it is my fault. Too busy to take time with the patient. Digging around in my arm like a lunatic. Then to top it off they taped my arm to the chair because I am apparently a bad boy
