My mother liked this clinic, great help and service.
The temperature at this facility is too cold, especially for people who must be stationary during a 3 + hour dialysis session. Those who run it are aware of this ongoing problem. However, they do not care to do anything about it. My dad is 70 years old, awaiting kidney transplant, and trying to remain as healthy as possible in the mean time. With a compromised immune system, the last thing he needs is to struggle to simply keep warm during his sessions, 3x weekly - bringing blankets, etc... Patient care and comfort are very ... read more
