If I could offer 0 stars I would. Two months in a row my family member did not receive their dialysis due to lack of staff. No nurse on staff = NO DIALYSIS for patients. Dialysis could be life or death for these individuals and should be taken very seriously. This facility will have patients wait almost 2 hours to see if mayyyybe a nurse shows up?! This place is a joke not to mention this one time my family member had their fistula punctured and medical professionals acted horribly. How awful is it that a patient is afraid t... read more
