I have been going here for over 13 years and I have never had this happen before. Very Disappointed 😞 with this clinic Today 3/2/2023 It was 32 degrees freezing outside at 4:45 and they still haven't opened the door to the lobby. The employees are phenomenal and caring. In tough situation they make it as good as possible. They consistently ask of you have any needs. Regarding the review 7 months ago from Evelyn I was witness to her constant belligerence to everyone, while the employees were nothing but professional.
Amazing place here i love it amazing service. And the dietian is amazing always very thorough. Techs also great!! Always recommeding Joeric, Meliza and Sandra!💝 amazing clinic 10/10.
They are disrespectful towards authority and elderly. My dialysis treatment is based on what I want. Not what the doctor ordered. My doctor's puts in a prescription Nurse's and technicians they always ask me how do I want them to put me on the dialysis machine and how do I want them to take me off the dialysis. I know every time I have to answer this question for me it makes me scared. I'm not comfortable with that.
