We are new at PD dialysis. We have had no trouble with the staff or those that did our first presentation on what to expect. We are moving along and hoping I will get the treatment/training soon. Seems my old 81 yr old kidneys are wearing out. Diabetic...we will write another review after we get started. Staff and nurses were great. Everything seemed clean, showed us around so we know what this PD will entail. They must close on Fridays, tried calling but no answer. Will call again Monday.
At first I was unaware how the treatments would go but now I am comfortable with what they suggest what needs to be done for my treatments. The staff is absolutely great. I can trust them with my life .
My sons first day was horrible. Very nasty attitudes from the nurses, rude , made us feel very dismissed. The clinic itself in the treatment area was dirty , messy , water was all over the floors . Trash cans running over , unacceptable for this type of clinic . This is not our first time doing dialysis ( different clinic) but was our first and last time @ Davita of Greenwood!!!
