I dont recommend this location, Im trying to get my daughter transferred to another location, they are not whipping down there chairs between patients, unfortunately I need to continue to take my daughter here due to insurance, and still waiting to get transferred my daughters has had 3 dialysis session and yesterday spoke with the the dietitian wasn't aware that she is a heart and liver transplant as of June and thought she was Cedars patient, Im waiting for the doctor to speak to this Friday.. Great staff and care but chairs desperately maintenance,repair or replacement. 4 hours in chairs with cuts on seats and footrests barely working.
Since I have been transferred to this facility, I have been treated with respect and care from all the staff here. They are very respectful of my needs and always make sure that I am comfortable. They understand when I can't make it and always help me to reschedule. The doctor's here always keeps me updated on my health as well.
