Really like this store but was very disappointed today. I purchased a roll of red velvet ribbon a week ago. Did not open it. Had my receipt. Went to return it today and lo and behold, they do not take back anything seasonal. "there are signs posted". I said I didn't see the sign. Reply was "no one ever sees it". Really???? so why don't you print the return policy on the receipt OR tell the customer when they purchase a seasonal item they cannot return it.
