I was referred to Dr. Davis 13 years ago - when I lived in Knoxville. I have now moved do Maryville - and I drive 30 miles to see him. And, it is NO problem. I have tried local dentists and have not been as pleased as I was with him and his staff. Great Hygienist. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Great office environment, very friendly people, very professional, extremely informative. And, after a talking-to by the hygienist, I am flossing every day. Never did THAT before. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The girl at the front desk is very informative and always willing to help. She always gets me scheduled as soon as possible. There is never a wait time. As soon as I walk in, they're ready for me! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.
