Catching attitude first thing in the morning wasn't what I had on my bingo card today, nevertheless here we are. My landlord hired this company to trim a massive oak tree in my front yard. Renee knocked on my door and without as so much as an introduction, first words out of her mouth were, "Can you move your car out of the driveway?!". I went out and asked what exactly was being trimmed and how far back on the oak was being trimmed since the only information I had was it was being "trimmed".
