Office staff is unprofessional and impolite. Their filling system is done by hand like in the dinosaur era. Unorganized, confusing, and extremely sloppy!! Make sure that you actually see in network dentist provided by your insurance company. They scammed me in thinking I was being treated by approved dentist covered by my insurance and had me treated by an out of network doctor not covered in my insurance. visited dr. youngworth in this group(dont remember correct name),due to infection but he did floride treatment without asking me n charged my insurance as adult cleaning they charged me $50 as my deductable while there was no deductable applicable on that visit(told by my insurance) he did not write antibiotic usage days on my presciption (it is doctor duty)n never respond my call, the lady always behave very rude over call these r major things happend to me during visit, plz never visit this group if u think tht ur time n m... read more

THE STAFF DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW THE MEANING OF DENTISTRY!!! I WENT TO GET A FILLING REPLACED AFTER WAITING A WEEK AND A HALF SINCE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME HE WAS TOO TIRED TO FILL IT. TOLD ME HE HAS BEEN WORKING ALL DAY AND JUST WANTED TO GIVE ME A TEETH CLEANING, WHICH I MAY SAY IS THE WORST TEETH CLEANING ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EXPERIENCED.
