amazing customer service, the girls at the front desk are always so sweet, the manager is very helpful when it comes to answering our questions, they do a great job opening our pool every year, highly recommend giving them a call!

These guys are AMAZING. They did an awesome job putting my pool in a few years ago and they are the only company I will have work on pool needs whether it’s repairs or opening and closing. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company.
Probably the worst pool company in Connecticut. No communication. Phone goes to full voicemail. They don't call you back if you leave a message. The manager is incredible rude and cannot be bothered. He's too busy to call people back and has no customer service etiquette. Perfectly fine with customers leaving because he's too busy to answer all his calls.
