Dr Davis is a gem but the woman at the front desk is rude and condescending.As a professional that has been in costomer service my entire life …I am amazed and confused as to why Dr. D keeps her around. She is truly bad for his practice. I have witnessed her first hand treating his elderly patients with the most horrible treatment. If more people spoke up ..maybe she would be relieved of her position that she doesn’t deserve.
The receptionist here is the most rude unprofessional person Ever. Never answers her messages and when she does she never remembers anything. The hygienists are wonderful but to keep their business think twice before making an appt!!
The woman who attends the phone is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with. I called to ask if this practice or this Dr accept discount plans, which is a normal question to ask and she laughed and hanged up on me. I call her back to ask her why she hang up on me and she was super rude and asked me what kind of person calls to see if there’s discount plans.
