My son got staples put in his head after a fall. Nurses were friendly,took him back,Dr.Washington was nice and fast putting staples in. Went yesterday and had them removed..Nurses were super

HORRIBLE SERVICE. LONG WAIT TIMES. RUDE SMART ASS STAFF WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND HOW MUCH PAIN YOU ARE IN. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE SITTING BEHIND THE DESK DRINKING THEIR COFFEE AND LAUGHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CARE OF THIER PATIENTS!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME COMING HERE EVER!

I was very happy the day before last night but yesterday was awful. I went in for seizures and headaches. Layed there for hours and got nothing done.... I still have a headache and feel sick to stomache. I had to wait for everything over and over and got 3 tylenol for my head which didnt phase it. The nurses were great but the doctors and the wait was terrible.

This is BY FAR the worst place I have EVER been! I got treated like a junkie because I asked for ANTIBIOTICS after the Dr said I had an upper respiratory infection and tried to send me out the door with naproxen and something for coughn I didnt want the naproxen, i didnt ask for pain pills, not any narctics....i asked for antibiotics! And im treated like a piece of crap junkie! WTH?? Iwill never go back there, I don't care if I am dying, I WILL NOT GO THERE!
