The staff here treated my son with respect and understanding. Something we do not expect in most ERs. with his medical conditions. They were Knowledgeable Of his conditions and spot on with his care. Only draw back was they didnt call me since hes a minor should have gotten contact info from the ems team picking him up but thats a small thing. Over all very happy with his care.

My aunt has Copd. She went into respiratory distress. So by the time we get her to the hosptial she was out if it, and her head was hurting her really bad. Which is only natrual when you brain isn't getting enough oxygen. Dr. Taylor was very rude from the get go. He treated her like she was there for drugs when she was only there to get help breathing. I will never take any if my family to this hospital again. For now on we will be going to irdel. I suggest that they give a course on bed side manner, and be reminded that the... read more

OR staff and third floor staff were great. Doctor Williamson was awesome. Treated my husband great and glad that we were sent down here
