I missed an appointment due to being hospitalized and they wouldn’t let me reschedule after spending 2 days on the phone having my records sent over. The office women made sure to embarrass me thoroughly passing me around to several different office ladies before firing me as a patient. Terrible staff all together. Apart of needing a neurologist is illness and illness can often create emergency situations and a doctor should not drop a patient after one missed appointment. The nicest , compassionate doctor who knew exactly how to manage my 83 year old mother with severe dementia. She loved him.
