My experience has been one of buyer beware: very expensive doesn't necessarily translate to very reliable. I discontinued service after 4 months.
We contracted this company last year for a full yard redo after we had gotten a pool installed. They were professional upfront and very communicative. We were initially impressed! Unfortunately during the actual project the laborers who were sent out DID not seem to know what they were doing. They took forever to get the work done and even worked while it was pouring rain and the machine was clearly not running properly during the storm.
