This was me and my husband second purchase. We first purchased a Cadillac SRX from Aaron one of the managers at the Chevy store. We purchased the second vehicle a Mazda CX 5 from Aaron and Sam who did more than any other sales people we have ever met. This review is for the service department and specifically Mr. Tyson Adams the service manager. Let me start by saying that I didn't purchase my Mazda at this particular dealership so it wouldn't be completely shocking if the service I received on recalls and warranty work wasn't amazing but to my surprise Tyson always gives awesome service and is very polite and professional. When our out of state Mazda had a seriously problem, they got us a loaner and doing everything possible to get us going again. Also, Russel, from Davis Chevy (same group of dealerships) went above and beyond to help us on Sunday, when Mazda was closed.
