I purchased a car 2 months ago and have been calling for the past month to see why my old loan still hasn’t been paid off. Bank said that it was Jenkins delinquency. Today then we get a call from finance manager that we need to make a payment today by 5 I order to have the loan funded. After an hour on hold and a trip to the bank at 6pm. The bank told us they still don’t have what they need from Jenkins Kia. Terrible business. Nothing but a run around and headache. Would not recommend to anyone.

Most stress free, fun, laid back car buying experience I have ever had. Wife was treated so nice the entire time. Most was done over the phone. Transaction was so smooth on a brand new 2020 Kia Sorento S with trade in, etc. sales staff was over the top as well. A+++++ for our sales guy Demetrius. Communication was top notch. No secrets or gimmicks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

We bought a new Kia Optima last week from Demetrius, let me just start by saying it was by far the easiest process that we have ever experienced at a car dealership. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me a couple different options to choose from the lot. I will never go anywhere else, we buy and trade a lot of vehicles and will be dealing with Jenkins Kia from now on!
I had an awesome experience at Jenkins Kia. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left. My sale person was awesome(Boss). He listen to my needs and provided exactly what I wanted. With the Virus, very thing was properly sanitize and social distance was followed the entire time. Thanks for the awesome experience.
