RecommendedDespite the challenges of operating during the COVID-19 pandemic, the dealership was extremely flexible with the purchasing process. I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle while trying to close on a house. Thankfully the team was willing to hold the vehicle and facilitate an easy purchase. Thanks!
Do not recommend, just waited in the parking lot for a sales rep for 20 mins, even after requesting one. I guess my money wasn’t good enough, Only if they knew this young girl was about to purchase full Cash. Was literally about to buy a 2020 Chevy Tahoe cash. Will take my service elsewhere. Absolutely would NEVER recommend. I hope you all learn from this.
This place is horrible purchased my car almost a month ago 9000 miles and it’s been in and out the shop 4x already. I think I’ve had my car about 3 days consistently. They don’t communicate with the customer and update. When I call the sales advisor gets frustrated and the wait time is horrible. I’m beginning to get very upset with them. I’ve emailed the used car manager and called him and have not gotten a call or response back. Don’t worry I will keep going until someone makes this right.
