Really need to shout out to Frances Williams! One of the most confident and sincere Realtors I know and she is definitely my go to person for new build buyers and information! Besides being a workhorse, she is raising two great kids and I don't know how she focuses on business as much as she does and shines besides the word commitment to the home building industry!!
In September of 2018 my yard was dug up so they can attach the utilities for the new construction across the street from me that Davis was building. I called and left a message and they never responded. Winter set in and I knew that it was too late to get done and decided to wait till they finished home as they may need to dig up utilities again. We bought our new home 10 mouth ago, never had one inspector came as they stated in agreement. When there were so many issues with the house after moved in, GEZZZZZ! Ayer 90 days, We have faxed or emailed forms as requested, and we have called and LMOM, finally, one came, but only fixed one problem, he states would be back to fix other issues, but never heard from him. With more issues found in this "brand new" house, we called, LMOM, and emailed AGAIN! So far, haven't heard from or could not get to hold of anybody! So reg... read more
They are horrible. Don't make the same mistake we did. THEIR inspectors are saying things like the roof are installed wrong and instead of fixing it they are having lawyers threaten us with lawsuits because we won't release the final payment. Just a small example of how horrible they are to deal with. They build the crappiest homes, and because they build such crappy houses they rely on waivers to attempt to keep them out of court. Stay far away from this place.
