You will not regret calling Curtis! He is a great repairman. He does his best, is always honest about the problem and he fixes it if he is able. If not, he tries to save money. We have used him for at least 15 years. He is trustworthy, reliable & is a really nice person. A board went bad on my whirlpool refrigerator and I called another appliance repair company who took a deposit and said they could repair it by ordering a new board! Eleven months, six or seven visits from 4 or 5 different repairmen and new board after board which was never the right part! Finally they said they couldn’t repair my refrigerator because whirlpool no longer made the part and refunded most of my deposit!!! I own a 4-unit apartment building in Palm Beach Shores. Davis Appliance Service has taken care of me and my tenants' needs for over fifteen years now. They are timely, dependable and helpful. Their service people are courteous and thoughtful. I trust their work and their advice, including "when to hold them and when to fold them" and what to look for when I need to buy a replacement. I just needed to call them again this morning, and since I saw this opportunity for a review, I thought it high time to sing their praises!
I called Davis Appliance because my washer wasn't working properly. When they answered the phone they gave me some free advice, but it didn't fix my issue. The technician came out the next day right on schedule and was very courteous and honest. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my estimate. He fixed the washer in no time at all! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use Curtis again.
