Had to change insurance agent due to Lack of communication and customer service. Never do anything on time it take them 2 days to do a transfer insurance when buying from a dealership . And the excuse they always use WE DIDN’T GET THE PAPER WORK. Happened twice!!! You call and they have a rude receptionist that takes messages but they never return calls you have to call back a few time just to get through to them.
