We are beyond grateful that we were referred to work with Clay B. Martin when looking to move here from Michigan while expecting a baby. He went above and beyond for us, showing us neighborhoods on his own time while we were able to visit for a weekend, then facetiming with us when we couldn’t come due to the baby. We got really unlucky that such a nice home was managed by such a poor company. Avoid these scammers at all cost. We moved out 4 months early, paid an early termination fee, and STILL had to pay rent, and electricity (which was clearly in heavy use even thought the home was supposedly vacant) up to the very end of our original lease. They even tried to get us keep paying for lawn services. To top it off we didn’t even get half of our deposit back as discussed, they threw some bogus charges on there just to squeeze a bit more... read more
