Great Experience
They knew I was paying cash or check before I drove 5 hours to get it I get there I was treated like they didn’t trust my check after showing them my account . They waited me to go home and pay extra 250 bucks to have it shipped to me Monday I refused to do that so I had to go threw finance I got the loan but I have to pay month of interest and a bunch of leg work to pay it off now plus they took a out of state check for 6000 down to get the dam loan and I had a 2500 debit card limit for one day they took that two so now I g... read more

Rude. Absolutely. Set a time to meet with salesman. He verified multiple times, including the day of. He then sends a message a few hours before saying it sold. "Sorry bout that" and offered an entirely different and more expensive vehicle.
Was told vehicle was available. Visited and test drove. Negotiated price and left with signed paper agreeing on price. Called less than 6 hours later to put a deposit and arrange financing(keep in mind I have an excellent credit score). Was told he would call me back with finance numbers. and then never heard back. Waited over 24 hours and called the next day to find out they sold vehicle to a “family friend” after talking to me the day before. Never called to notify that my sale was not going to go through.
Good staff, will choose next time to come in the middle of the week. On a Saturday, 3 hours to go through the process. Vehicle selection was good, but was required to put new plates on, not transfer of plate that is already owned.
