Friendly staff and environment.quick with answering my questions, Only thing i found with dealership was the grease fittings on truck have 'never' been greased,Would not take a vehicle for service there.
I did not expect to see a ZL1. i was only told they had a 2021 Camaro and i should come see it. So i surprised them and showed up relatively unannounced. The car was in the showroom with "don't touch" tags on the doors. You didnt need to touch to see the car was phenomenal even for ZL1 standards. Crush (burnt orange) exterior with black trim and interior. The nearest salesperson spoke to me as i took 360 video of the car and a snap of the window sticker. Came to an agreement over email on price and financing, which was right in my sweet spot. Not a great deal but not a bad one either. Drive two hours to pick up the care and I find: 1. Deep scratches down the passenger door. Deep enough to catch an nail in and some to metal. 2. Wheel wheels and front tires full of mud and grass. Enough to through the wheels balance off while driving. Another possibility would be a bent rim. Looked like the car was taken off road at one point 3. Exchanging e-mails professional and not pushy
We were taken for a test drive. Then the sales rep sat us down and explained about the car. The insurance and warrantee person explained fully the details of what each deal included. Very patient and helpful. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience. We would recommend them to our friends and family, and go back there ourselves when we need another vehicle.
