Took my van in for a gas leak a few months ago. At first they said they would do for $50 it was an easy fix. Then they had me come out the next day, and it jumped to $280 because it had to be an OEM line w disconnects. I went home to try and come up with the money, called him back and asked if he would do it for $225. Great repair shop, decent pricing – Went to David's Automotive because a friend recommended them. I took my vehicle there for an oil change and they told me I needed rear brakes at 40,000 miles. I'm thinking "ok whatever just another shop trying to make a buck." They took me out to the shop and showed me the rear brake pads were almost completely worn down!! Had the repairs done within a few hours and they even gave me a ride to work and picked me up.

Awesome Auto Repair Shop – I have taken my vehicles to David's Automotive for several years now. I believe that he and his employees are honest and fair. They will work with you and for you depending on what you need to have done. The customer service manager is very courteous and you are always greeted immediately when you walk in the door. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Best Every Time – I've been using David's Automotive for years and I have never had a problem or even herd of a problem and I have 5 vehicles. I would recommend David's to everyone, he is a Decorated Retired Submariner with great customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DAVIDS AUTOMOTIVE – I took my car in for diagnostics, David told me it was the Transmission. I paid for him to tow it to a SO CALLED expert. The expert let his young daughter play in the car and get greasy foot prints on the leather seats, she took items that belonged to me from the car as well. The transmission guy not only did NOT fix my problem, but I had to take it back to be redone and have him repair everything else he broke including the AIR BAGS! after another week without my car I got it ... read more

Routine Repair Shop – Does most basic repairs and service just fine at the market rate. Spark plug replacement on late model Ford trucks ( 5.4 ) not so much. I had to smell fuel for a year because I grew tired of taking the vehicle back with said complaint. Dave's said they sent it to a Ford shop but it still had the fuel smell in the cabin. The problem finally got so bad the engine began to miss at which time it was diagnosed with a loose spark plug. The usual rip-off – After reading the online reviews it seemed in balance that this place might be worth a try to solve a problem with uneven pad wear on my car. Since I have done most mechanical repairs/maintenance on my cars for approximately 15 years I could eliminate the obvious causes.
