Very disappointed with how this office handled my mom’s appointment. She was scheduled to see the orthopedic surgeon, but after we arrived, we were told she was out of network - something that should have been checked before scheduling. The staff gave confusing and inconsistent information, and we left without the care she needed. This situation could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
Made a big deal about me getting an MRI disc and bringing it to him. And then he never even looked at it. Said he could not help me. A week later my own regular doctor told me more than Dr Zhu. He had direct online access to the MRI and he did look at it and he got me help.
Excellent Care. I carefully reviewed doctors for my specific ailments before making an appointment. I made the right decision when i chose Dr. Zhu. I am so glad he was excepting new patience and my insurance. He and his staff, they take the hurt away and help you get up and moving through out your day! ♡ Thank you Dr. Zhu!
