Do Not shop or buy these products. I got a ring for christmas was a gift, only 3 months ago, beautiful stone but the metal which is supposed to be silver has now turned copper. So i contacted customer service, they asked for photos i obliged and they requested i send it in. I received back my ring today after i paid shipping and filled out the forms, just tofind my ring back with no repairs and no explanation. I paid over 1,000 for this ring, and its useless now. Clinton did a great job of taking care of me in my search for a replacement cuff bracelet. He showed me many options and was supportive as I figured out which one I got. I ended up with a nice 4mm one. Happy with the experience and service at this store. I’m always worried people will be snobbish, but the few times I have come here, I’ve been delighted with the service. I love Yurman pieces and have owned many for more than 15 years. They wear beautifully and are always a classic piece. Anthony, in the domain location in Austin, is a delight to work with. I love the fact he has great fashion sense and is so focused on you as a customer.
