Management and sales is awful. I placed a call to inquire about a product. They didn’t have it, but they offered to bring it in store. I was impressed and I withheld buying it online. I drive all the way to be told they don’t have it. And this was with text message exchanges about its arrival and what not. I don’t know what to think of them except that they’re so flimsy. Good luck with the sales and after sales service at this store !
Every visit to David Yurman is a great experience. I’ve had several amazing associates help me, lately Clinton really stands out. He always takes the time to get it right, share new pieces, and make it feel personal—not just a transaction. I always leave feeling taken care of.
I absolutely love this Yurman store! I'm so glad Austin has a Yurman now. No more trips to Dallas or San Antonio! The service is always top notch and they always have whatever you want in stock, or can order it for you to be picked up at the boutique very easily. Working with Melissa has been a dream! Sally is incredible and always so sweet. She loves her job and customers very good at what she does and always takes her time making sure you get the peace and LOVE it.
We found our weeding rings that we are looking for. The only thing I was they have was a payment plan or layaway.
